At NAQSHI, we strive to ensure your artisanal fashion pieces are perfect; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless 14-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your NAQSHI account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original box, ensuring the invoice and all original tags are included to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 24-48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  After we receive and inspect your items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
